Why These Natural Ingredients?
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 is known to be deficient in the typical American diet, particularly in the elderly. vitaminB6 is needed in the conversion of 5-HTP to serotonin.
Folic Acid
Folic acid is used in many processes in the body. It is involved in the production of neurotransmitters such as serotonin.
Calcium
Not only is calcium important in bone health, but it also plays a role in neurotransmitter production.
Magnesium
