Shipping: We will ship to anywhere in the U.S. using the United Parcel Service (UPS). We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We will not be held responsible for any damage to parcels left at the customer’s doorstep at the customer’s request. Prescription Lab Compounding Pharmacy is committed to serving our patients. Listed below are several options available for your convenience.

• Delivery service is available within Tucson only. Please make a request while placing your order if you need local delivery.
• United Parcel Service (UPS) is our primary ground shipment method and in using them we are able to track our shipments directly from our store.
• United States Postal Services (regular or priority).

Please contact our store about specific rates for these services as they may vary with package weight and shipment method. Prescription Lab Compounding Pharmacy will guarantee contents of all packages sent by United Parcel Service. Unfortunately we are unable to extend the same guarantee for United States Postal Services. We can also ship to you when you are out of town or on vacation.

Ordering products online: Orders received before 2:00 PM Arizona time will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Arizona time will be shipped the next business day. All orders received on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.

Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

• Returns will be accepted only under the condition that product packaging has not been opened.
• Return shipping will be paid for by the customer. Please call us at 520-886-1035 to learn about our current returns policy. We reserve the right to change this policy without due notice.
